Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for the staff. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. The food was outstanding. I've never tasted such lovely scrambled eggs for breakfast, and the evening meals were beautiful.

The location is great. Across the street is the tallest building and the first 5 floors of this 64 floor building is a mall. The staff at hotel are so helpful and being a smaller hotel they have everything you could want. The rooftop pool with the city as a backdrop is breathtaking. We were going on a Princess cruise and for a fee the hotel has a car to take you right there with an advance notice. Breakfast was pretty good with many choices. Dinner outside on the lovely patio was also very good. Staff at front desk during the day are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend this hotel in a good and safe area for your stay in Santiago.

This was my First time in Chile and the location was next to one for the biggest shopping malls, The breakfast was simple and taste and had everything you wanted, and I really enjoyed it, the front office and staff was excellent. I would 100% recommend this hotel to visitors

In a nice area. Warm welcome in Spanish & English. Suite double room was very good. Lounge area with two sofas. TV in bedroom not used. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom had a bath & shower with hair products. We didn’t use the mini bar. Had a meal in the bar area on our first night. Food was good & staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay & again great staff. Happy & smiley. Used the rooftop pool both days. Would definitely recommend.
